Together we will look at your existing ways of relaxing, nutrition, sleep patterns, and body movement.

Coaching and helping you set firmer boundaries with others around you and putting your own needs first. 

Together we will look at self care strategies and how to re-gain your confidence.

Having an action plan that is specific and achievable will help you re-ignite your spark. 


Initial 1:1 consultation:  From £85 this includes a pre consultation questionnaire which we will use as our discussion document then a 60 minute online consultation.

Follow up: From £55 for 30 minutes


Nutrition (online)

Vicki is passionate and incredibly proud of the work she does and cares deeply for her clients and their nutrition needs.

Vicki believes the most successful way to work out your individual nutrition needs is to establish what it is that you want to achieve.

Vicki will look for the best ways in which to optimise your health whilst at the same time addressing any imbalances in your nutrition and movement patterns. 

Ultimately helping you make the right choices about what you eat, plan menus, and advise on the health effects of certain foods.

Yoga & Pilates Personal Tuition  (online)

Vicki shares her years of practice and passion for movement helping you feel more integrated, working with the vital core, the breath, the spine and the rest of the body allowing growing strength into lightness.


Personal Tuition specifically tailored to your needs. It is a great way to deepen your practice whether you are a complete beginner or a long term practitioner.

If you have a particular area of the body that is causing you problems, perhaps from an injury or muscles that have limited flexibility, or need strengthening.

One to one sessions may help especially if you have habitual problems.

Over the years of teaching 1:1 sessions it became apparent that the subtle movement of Yoga combined with the Core Principles of Pilates makes for a powerful combination.
